Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed through call, WhatsApp, or any official communication channel. Booking details such as pickup location, drop location, date, and time must be clearly provided by the customer.
Payment Terms
Customers are required to pay the agreed fare as communicated at the time of booking. Payments can be made in cash or through accepted digital methods. Any extra charges such as tolls, parking, or waiting charges may be applicable if not included in the initial fare.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be cancelled before the scheduled pickup time. However, last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges depending on the situation.
Service Availability
We strive to provide taxi services at all times, but availability may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, and demand. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in unavoidable circumstances.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate booking details and be available at the pickup location on time. Any delay from the customer’s side may result in waiting charges or cancellation.
Driver & Vehicle
We provide experienced drivers and well-maintained vehicles for a safe and comfortable journey. Customers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.
Luggage & Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Ashok Tour & Travels is not liable for any lost, damaged, or forgotten items inside the vehicle.
Prohibited Activities
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. The driver has the right to refuse service in such cases.
Liability
While we aim to provide timely and safe service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
